Meet the beautiful Christa and charming Mike!  They celebrated their wedding back in September, I've been such a bad blogger, but I'm getting caught up now!  :)

I had such a great time.  You know those weddings that everything seems so relaxed and fun... this was one of those times!  Thanks so much for choosing me to be part of your special day!

Meet Krystal!  Had so much fun doing this senior session!! The train was stinky, there was a gaggle of teenage boys wanting to check things out while we were on the bridge and the one location we wanted was closed due to construction, but overall I think we got some great shots :)

Meet the beautiful and fun loving Olivia, got to spend a great afternoon with her, her Mom, Nana and great-Nana out in the park!

This is Kaitlyn, we had a really fun time with a family shoot, there will be more to follow with the rest of the fam!  But I really liked these :)

It's a must see contest!

I was one of the lucky small businesses to be selected by Moo.com to have their business card as part of their redesign project.   Michael their designer did a fabulous job and I love my new cards.  If you've never heard of moo.com, they have fabulous products!

Had lots of fun at this photo shoot of Krista and Mike for their engagement pictures.  They let me put them through the paces for lots of fun shots!  Can't wait until their upcoming wedding too!  Hope you enjoy your preview guys!

Had a great time on Friday at one of the local parks...I love that this park has everything to offer...gardens/railway tracks/floating dock/grassy spots/benches in the shade!! LOVE * LOVE * LOVE..

I love when everything comes together, a great little model, a great place to shoot that has it all and best of all ...... the best cheesy little grins possible!

Spent Friday night with Brooke and her Mom...she's such an fun little thing that loves to explore the world around her..what a sweety!  Thanks so much for the great photo session...

riends of mine from college just had their second beautiful baby girl!  I had the honour of being able to do her newborn shots at the house last weekend.  

Please note these sessions are for the specified time and location only.  I have chosen the times and locations based on the absolute best light for that location.  (and yes, the morning hours are crazy, but I promise, they are worth it!)

$20 Deposit will be due at time of photo session remaining $10 will be due when you receive your prints.

My baby boy is growing up so fast....and I'm a sucker for backlighting!  Pretty much snapshots given the lack of planning, but I'm pleased anyway.

Good morning!! Thought now would be a great time to post a little update in the world of Rice Lake Photography. After such a busy fall and winter, spring has provided some relaxation! Which made the adjustment of going back to work full time much easier. I'm back in the swing of things now though and am looking forward to a busy summer! I couldn't manage a giveaway for the month of April, but believe me, I'm making up for it and everyone can benefit :) I'm going to be offering discounted mini sessions! (They will run in May and June) Everyone will be eligible (within Peterborough and Peterborough area) and I think you'll love the savings! (Really...we're talking Walmart prices here folks!) The weather is starting to get beautiful once again!  I noticed the cherry trees out in blossom, such a great sign!!  I love when the trees start to bloom!

Baby Liam. This little man was a New Years Baby and only 11 days old.  He was also so alert...none of that newborn sleepiness here...he wanted to see everything I was doing :) So cute!
Like always...wish I had more time to spend with this little one, I could have spent all day taking his pictures :)
